there is very few scenarios where picking up is better.

There was an open box at best buy for $900 few months back, and even saw on FB marketplace. But just the cost of renting a truck, then the gas, time, effort., the saving cancels out and you are still left with one that is used. Not to mention the included free wall install. I've ran across local services who install 100" for $200.

So its really tough to argue this deal. Even more so if Costco ever brings their equivilant of this TV to $1399. free ship, 5 year warranty, 100$ google gc, free install. That's like $500-600 value right there.

Still crazy how cheap TVs are getting.

Are these TVs only costing retailers $500 each or something?

Only hesitation right now is either:
1) wait to see if costco offers the same
2) wait until black friday for possibly better deal

You'll be pushing it in my opinion with the pixel density. It'll be usable but just make sure you're far enough from that TV. You'll need to be at least 35 to 40 in in my opinion.

I have a 63 or 65 Phillips tv. Pretty durable but it's starting to dim out. Can't imagine a 100 inch tv that starts failing
