Is it possible that your inbox is full?

It looks like you may use Redesign, which unfortunately doesn't tell you if your inbox is full, so the easiest way to test this theory is to delete a page or two of messages and see if new ones start coming through.

If you'd like to look deeper into it, you can switch to Classic and know for sure.
Here's a page with directions on how to switch back and forth:

Once you are in Classic, visit your inbox via this page https://slickdeals.net/forums/private.php and then scroll to the bottom. Just above the site footer, it should say something like
Inbox contains xx messages.
You have xx messages stored, of a total xx allowed.
