It's actually not target. It's an eBay reseller that uses pallets of target returns and overstock

Be careful with this seller. It is Target but they have their contact seller function turned off. I bought a RC plane for my kid and it didn't work out of the box. I had waited a couple months to give it as a gift and was out of the return window. Target B&M denied any responsibility.

most likely small is around 30ish and medium is around 32-34ish and large is around 36-38ish

I bought these a couple weeks ago. I don't have long legs but wow are they long. Pulled it up as high as it could go and I had an extra 5 inches or so.

It's some overstock seller of Target stuff. I've purchased a few things from them. Good quality for dirt cheap prices for the most part. No complaints here. Got a heater for $14, decent sheets for $10, and towels for $10 as well.

They don't have their contact seller function turned offI've had to return stuff and also requested partial refund for broken things before. They get back to you in a dayIn your case, if you're outside the return window, they won't help youReal Target would have nothing to do with anything sold on ebay...
