I had bought 2 Arctic Liquid Freezer III ARGB AIOs on eBay B-stock, one had a rip on the side of the box and the other had a dented corner of the box. The contents appeared sealed and brand new right down to the peels. I was very pleased with what I got, I would expect this one would probably be the same story.

Great cooler! Check your case before purchasing it as radiator and fans are huge and will block the top of your mobo, and the AIO connection hoses are long. Putting it into a Fractal POP AIR for my son had the hoses crammed up against the window.

if this is cheaper than non-RGB version, you could just turn the lights off.
