They have one with a 9800x3d and a 5080 for 2440 this is a garbage deal

With half the ram/storage. There's a 265KF with the same halved specs for 2399. Just as there's a 9900X with same as OP for 2729. You still haven't shown anything to be "garbage".

From my experience with CyberPower I would recommend doing your research on Better Business Bureau before placing any orders:
I purchased from CyberPower. The build quality was not that great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.
I would not recommend CyberPower

You dont know about intels degradation issues i guess why do you think they have dropped prices so much

Oh, I am.. I have am4/am5 builds. It does seem in general if you're on an updated bios with the new microcode you should be fine. It's been 2 years since it became an issue.
