If you buy this and you are planning to reinstall windows. Please copy the drivers off the Windows folder first to an external drive or USB.
Copy everything in this folder "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository"
After install, you can simply point device manager to the copy of this folder, then click update driver and it will install the correct drivers.
It's also where I found out that most of these minipc companies are the same outfit. Box had kamrui on it, support replied from a GMKtek account, and when I returned it the address went to an Acemagic location.
I then wrote a perfectly fair review of my experience, and kamrui had amazon remove it for "not meeting community standards". Which is not unique when it comes to these products. About 90% of the critical reviews I bought were either removed or the manufacturer offered me money to delete the review. They also do not allow an ebay buyer to review the product.
So those great reviews, and the lack of complaints, and people suggesting that problems with these devices are rare, don't believe them.
The only one that hasn't sucked is minisforum. I've never dealt with their customer service, but the products I own don't have compatibility problems nor do they overheat.

Kamrui is in a little bit hotter/lower airflow spot. That said, it's still significantly higher than the others. I'm guessing they did a really poor job on the heatsink

Oddly, the 97 is slightly better than the N100 which is slightly better than the N150. Intel sure needs a lot of work on their naming structure. I might be wrong, but I think I've seen that the N200 isn't as fast as the N150.

Fresh Windows install for spyware-
For Newbies doing fresh Windows install (like me). I chose to do Rufus [ https://rufus.ie/en/ ] rather than Microsoft installer per suggestions here. You get 4 choices at Rufus. I picked portable per Reddit suggestions. You download it to your regular computer then open it. It creates a boot file (took a few minutes) that after you direct it to save to your flash drive. Take that flash drive and stick it in the Kamrui when its off. [ I had already started the Kamrui before and could not find the Windows Key. It said it was digital and I could not find the Key through Command, PowerShell, etc. figured I'd return it if it didn't work w/o finding it]. When started the Kamrui, I tapped the 'delete' key every second until it automatically goes into Bios. Use the arrow keys to move top tabs to boot. Then down to boot from flash drive. This didn't work for me so I ended up starting the Kamrui normally and going through the WIndows Update [ Youtube has many 'USB flash boot from Windows Update" videos].
Everything worked except it couldn't find any 'Network Adaptors" so no Wifi. I continued with "no internet" option until complete. I went to my old computer and got the wifi drivers here: https://download.lenovo
Update: The unit comes w yellow stickers blocking the rJ45/Ethernet port. It states " For faster setup avoid WI-fi or LAN initially. Connecting might trigger long updates, delaying desktop access". Hence no initial wi-fi drivers, i assume.

Why no delivery to my city?
Soooo, California cities do a couple things. Pesticides: you have to register/license with that city to sell. If the Amazon seller isn't licensed or registered there, no can ship to Cali. For other things, CA forces sellers to pay fees (such as recycling fees for computers, TV's, electronics or paint). If an Amazon seller doesn't pay this fee, they are not allowed to ship that TV, etc. to that location.
I've been using mine for a couple months now and i am completely satisfied!!
