I've really enjoyed these, good price and the tools work fine for a DIYer. It's also cheap to accumulate extra batteries and chargers in combo deals on tools you buy in the future. I've only ever had a failure with the Ryobi soldering iron.

Also, if you get this kit make sure you buy HP batteries in the future and not the regular 18v.

This was $168 about 2 years ago using the battery return hack. Best deal I ever got! And yes it was brushless, same tools.

I'm not normally a fan of these all in one kits, but for the money this is a solid choice.

To anyone who may not realize, these are all the new gen2 models. This is an awesome deal and I'll certainly be jumping on it.

Same thing happened a couple years before that. Not this exact kit but just as useful plus an extra add on tool of your choice.

Still chasing that high. Lmao

Grab one for me and my dad, though the cashier was gonna call cops on me.

Got this for $155 on a Home Depo pricing error 2 years ago which Slickdeals alerted me to. Decent tools.

Got lucky and got this for $155 2 years with a pricing error from Home Depot. Used them for a bit at a condo in FL and sold them when I brought all my Milwaukee tools down. They were okay, def enough for a home owner but still felt kind of light and plastic. Gen 2 might be a decent amount better.

All of them were released in the last 3-4 months. Cosmetically they look very similar to the gen 1's. Just upgraded motors and minor other changes.

So, how much better is this than the ONE+ 6-tool set for $199? Will those crap out?

I'm not demanding on my tools and they see light duty, not even DIY often, just need tools when I need them (use a jigsaw, circular saw, recip maybe a few times a year each, and the drill maybe a dozen or two dozen. Not really demanding projects at all)… so do I need to spend the extra $140 for brushless?
