This is definitely a good deal for what it is.
I generally prefer Convoy for their customization, but 4x SFT25R's, which is a very "throwy" emitter, housed in a semi-shallow reflector should give a great combination of flood and throw.
Combined with the buck driver and comparitively higher capacity 21700 battery (as compared to an 18650), and it should be a great flashlight.
Even the "made in the U.S." flashlights, such as Streamlight or Surefire all use Chinese manufactured emitters and driver circuitry.
Only their housing is truly "made in the U.S.".
So don't let the haters bother you too much.
