This is an excellent tool to have. As you can see its very compact. Two things to think about.
1) The back wheels are not great. A lot of folks replace them with these -- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PXLH...in_title_2
2) When switching between the different positions, pay attention and take your time. It can pinch your fingers if your not paying attention.
Not to thread crap, but this one from Costco (same brand) is MUCH better, $99 in store right now. Unless you need the ultra portability of this in the OP, the Costco one is much more heavy duty.

I have this from few years which I directly bought from Costco store and this hand truck has helped me many times carry multiple items at same instance. But like others pointed out earlier, the folding of this thing is tricky and if not careful can cause serious injury to fingers. Due to spring effect the mechanism closes shut at a rapid and fast rate. But it is very portable and sits flat in car trunk easily.

Yeah, portability vs weight limit is the trade-off here. I have the one in this post for 8 years and it's saved my back many times, well worth the price which is not even doubled from 8 years ago.

Different usage. I have both. This one is excellent to move kids to college. It takes little space in a packed vehicle.

For the "back wheels," - are you talking about the wheels that are smaller? I have a similar truck to this from Sams Club and have been looking to replace the wheels to make it easier to roll

For my average Costco grocery though, this Staples cart ($20 when on sale) takes care of the trip from the garage to my apartment:
