Washer & dryer now or wait for labor day?

We're moving and will need a new washer and dryer. We will be in the new place August 11. Should we buy now with the Costco sale going on and delay delivery or wait until Labor Day sales?

Are the labor day sales actually good deals on washers and dryers or just marketing with no real savings?

We plan to buy LG, if that matters.

On the LG set I was looking at, the price was better the week before Labor Day weekend than on the week of and Labor Day weekend.
