1. Even a slight blip on the brakes will result in a harsh stop that shoves you forward. It's super senstive and really hard to control.
2. The rear tires are extremely hard which means you will feel EVERYTHING. On very flat surfaces it's fine but anything on the road like bumps, cracks, dips etc will feel pretty harsh especially because there's practically no seat cushioning. You can buy aftermarket tires on amazon but keep in mind they're mostly for drifting if that means anything to you.
I really wanted to love it but in the end I couldn't justify keeping it for the above. I've been trying to find an alternative but outside of buying a $3K+ version using a CRG frame but there's not really anything that's comparable.
The silly thing is the full power is unlocked in go-kart mode, but it's substantially reduced in Segway mode. I ended up paying a Russian hacker to unlock more power potential in my Segway as it wouldn't go up a hill I regularly travel prior to the hack.
