These rarely last. I buy the husky one from Home Depot which has a lifetime warranty for when it inevitably craps out.

I bought this one 4 years ago. Last month I had issue with low pressure. I contacted company and they sent me replacement right away. It has life time warranty.

Does the warranty cover abuse like dropping it all the time? Lol. At this point, I've considered these sub-$10 nozzles as disposable. I've already gone through two Flexzilla ones.

Melnor sells thru other channel like Amazon as well. I wonder if the warranty is the same.

For the price and reviews. I'm getting one. I think it's worth the risk according to reviews.

I don't have the link but get the one from harbor freight. It's about 5 bux but it's the best one we've used up to this point. Got that that's lasted 3 years.

My melnor broke after a month. They replaced it without me having to send it in but I got the impression that the replacement doesnt qualify for the warranty (some companies only warranty the one you bought and not the second replacement)

flexzilla is a solid hose brand, but reviews on this make it look like it's just your standard $5-$8 hose nozzle adapter you can pickup anywhere that won't last long.

All of these are trash. I prefer the brass fire hose nozzles like the ones from orbit. It can do everything these can do and lasts longer.

No, I didn't send old one. I just attached picture to email. I didn't have receipt neither.

I am sure. Because they didn't ask me to provide receipt. Just took a picture of broken one and attached it to email.

I've had this exact model for several years now, leave it outside all winter, and it's still working perfectly.
