I picked up a skytech a few months back and I'm beyond happy with it. All top name brand components (except psu which is a gamdias)

Desktop shipped with expanding foam on the inside (to support gpu) and on the outside. Not a single cosmetic issue. No bloatware on it either.

It has only increased by $50 from the previous pricing and is still $100 cheaper than the last FP deal. So, no, they didn't "kill the deal"; it's still a great set of specs for the price.

Could be wrong but when I try to do the coupon it says it isn't applicable to this computer.

No, you're right; the SUMMER coupon has expired, but you can still use SWARM to get this for $1,600.

Good deal or not? Need a VR-capable PC for simulators.

Looks like they killed the deal. Makes sense, it was a little TOO good for them to be making money off of it.

I wish the glass panel can be on the other side. I will be placing the PC on left side of the desk

I just bought there 9800x3d 5080 combo for $2600. Iv heard allot of good about skytech so I'm trying them out instead of building myself. I should get my new desktop Monday. These prices are almost at cost for parts at this point and I wanted to buy something really nice before trumps tariffs put these components out of reach for many of us. I purchased my unit from Walmart but shipped from skytech so I was able to add a 4year parts and labor warranty on it for $120 through Walmart just in case.

For those lucky enough to have a microcenter nearby, you'd still be around $1300 for just the CPU/RAM/Mobi and GPU. If these are the specs you want, this system is a no-brainer.
