It has only increased by $50 from the previous pricing and is still $100 cheaper than the last FP deal. So, no, they didn't "kill the deal"; it's still a great set of specs for the price.

I picked up a skytech a few months back and I'm beyond happy with it. All top name brand components (except psu which is a gamdias)

Desktop shipped with expanding foam on the inside (to support gpu) and on the outside. Not a single issue cosmetic issue. No bloatware on it either.
