Bought this in June for $300. Easy to put together, cushions are comfy, and looks great. Cushions appear to be water repellent and will dry same day in the sun. Only con is cushions just rest with no tie downs. Im buying it again at this price and will return it with the $300 online receipt from June. No regrets at $300 and definitely none at this price!

Only con is cushions just rest with no tie downs. Im buying it again at this price and will return it with the $300 online receipt from June. No regrets at $300 and definitely none at this price!

Yeah it's stable, metal appears to be welded pretty good. Think it's rated up to 250lb but I'd bet it could support more. Pieces lock into the corner piece which keep the sectional together and wiggle free.
