Edit: I said there were some Amazon reviews mentioning it worked for their Mac mini. But elefante72 says it won't work. I believe him over couple random Amazon reviews, so editing my post to reflect that.

So not sure where you read this, but it is 200% wrong. Now this is m4 series mac mini, earlier m-series the SSD are soldiered on so this isn't even in scope.
