They are a lower grade of capacitor. Not terrible but for this price range I would try and stick with Japanese (V3)

I bought one of these and it blew out after a month. They said I could send it back to them for a replacement but I'd have to pay $25 to ship it to them. Hardly a SlickDeal.

Stick with a Corsair or something reputable.
