Decent set of bits, I like have an impact set handy, but the $15 price is probably the new sale price as I believe I got mine for $9.99 around holiday sales. Not sure it'll go back to that with today's economy though.

Limited selection too. Biggest bit is just over 1/4". Good price or not, this isn't such a great set.

Depends on what you're doing. A drill is meant for drilling, so it is the proper tool but i've used drill bits in my impact for small jobs like pilot holes and such.
