If you don't make coffee this way often it's not worth buying a pot 5 times more expensive , this one works fine for the occasional drinker , just make sure it's totally dry or it tarnishes easily

I recently bought the Giannini, 20 times more expensive lol. But I love it cause it's stainless steel and use it daily

I didn't realize why I was getting heart palpitations...I forgot those was 6 (espresso) cups and would drink one or two full ones of these a day... 1 espresso is about 60mg of caffeine so i was drinking 360 to 720mg sometimes...within an hour... a cup of coffee is about 100mg of caffeine...

Someone here had informed me and probably saved me from more trouble

I had one of these. They are trash. The gaskets don't fit right causing it to leak from the bottom half. I agree with earlier comment to get a Bialetti. Much better quality. I have a 2 shot one and I love it for my breve.

I've had the Imusa 3-cup variant for 2 years now, and haven't had any problems. So I'm tempted to get this party-sized unit.

Switched to stainless steel moka to avoid aluminum. I also got an actual espresso machine (if not 9 bars it's not really espresso as the title suggests) but these moka pots are fun when I want to change things up some mornings
