From on of the product photos: "Smoother than cocking a pistol." Ah yes, a solid point of reference for the American audience.

Would you like SD OP to hold your hand as you make the purchase as well..?
Maybe just do a smidge of reading on your own... it's a solid skill to learn

side note:
thread title says "MagSafe", if your iPhone is before a 12 (5 years ago, hardly "recent" btw)... you should already be aware you don't have this feature.

Got mine, it's pretty solid. I guess I wasn't expecting so much adhesive on the suction cup, that makes them hard to store without attracting a lot of junk sticking to them. First world problems.

Funny to me the instructions make this sound like a semipermanent mount ("please allow suction cup 24 hours before using"). Every mount I've ever used is put up for long trips and removed later, but I guess the mission has changed. Just don't leave this on your dash in the same spot for long, I've seen so many used cars damaged that way.

If you park your car in the sun, those permanent ones, in my experience, weep as the adhesive denatures/melt from heat and sun. Pita to clean on windshield.

Works on back of tesla screen as well..also if you dont have a magsafe, they provide protective adhesive with magnet to make it useful for non magsafw phone. Just a FYI.

This one is pretty nasty. The suction cup is very very gluey

Purchased this item and while the extension is small, the suction cup has a solid grip. No pass thru charge, but id rather connect power direct to my phone. I use this for my S25+ with magsafe style case.

Hold my hand, no. Gently tease the back of my neck with their fingernails, yes.

If you do not use the included permanent adhesive ring and just use the suction cup, you can reposition if needed. The suction cup does not leave residue.
I'll try one, but the video in the Amazon listing explicitly calls out the suction cup having adhesive gel. Hate that stuff.

My perfect use case for these would be to have something to stick on the window of the train... but haven't come across one without adhesive goop yet.

They pay to promote the brand for a few months. Then once all the comments say something like "this item is trash" they switch to a new name and repeat the process.

Yep, and most of the good reviews are fake. This is why I only buy accessories from reputable brands. I'd rather pay more up front than throw away money on something that doesn't work or won't last.

Just got mine in the mail. Can confirm there is a significant amount of glue on the suction cup, by my take they do not intend for this to be temporary which doesn't really make sense to me. Has anyone actually pulled this on and off several times that can report back how the suction cup is after 15-20 uses?
