LOL Thanks. I saw the name and thought that it might have been Japanese since there are some Japanese characters in the picture. Sometime they wrote in all cap. Didn't check the business name and what not. I was holding off until at least I know for sure. Thanks again.

Seriously, just get your torque wrenches at Harbor Freight.

They go on sale every few weeks for $12, they test accurately in all the shoot-outs, they are made in Taiwan, and if they ever lose their calibration, HF exchanges them locally.
Why pay more for an unknown brand with no lifetime warranty?
