It won't be as good, the charge 5 most certainly sounds better. I'm assuming the charge 6 will be slightly better than the charge 5. For 50$ more, might as well get the newest one

Not sure about Woot - might get refurbished. Walmart i've seen at 179 to 188. Expect this will be a deal black friday

This was listed as new, woot labels refurbished products as such.
