these were available on clearance in Costco B&M for $14.97 a set. $23 for refurbished is hardly a deal

I got these brand new at Costco a few months ago and the rumors are true; it's sorta loose when plugged in the outlet. Usually one prong is noticeable bigger than the other, but this one the bigger prong is barely bigger than the smaller prong.

Not all electronics have one prong bigger than the other. I have several wall chargers for rechargeable batteries, and all of them have prongs that are the same size. The same is true with some "wall-wart" plugs. That being said, even when the prongs are the same, I've never had any of them be loose in the plug. Sounds like it is something specific to these chargers.

Traveling with the 67w charger and its been great for charging my s22, iphone se and kindle at the same time. Only 2 wall outlets out of 20 had trouble keeping it plugged in die to weight. 1 being an outlet on a greyhound bus. Solid product. Bought mine refurb as well.
