Grill pans are the worst, unless you like cleaning them instead of cooking on them.

FYI....Victoria cast iron cookware is made in Medellín, Colombia.

While I could care less about it being made in Columbia if that's even true. They are indeed a huge PIA to clean. I barely use mine because of it.

They are made in Colombia. Great pans from a company that has been mailing them for over 100 years. One of my goto cast iron pans. Great for making grilled sandwiches.

I don't find this type of pan very useful. Too hard to clean. Drippings always go to the bottom and cook on really good.
