I have the PGE29BYTDFS which may be just like this one only bigger. It's a Profile 28.7 cubic feet but looks very similar to this one. I paid $2600 on sale recently. I bought mine from a local, independent appliance store for great service and to get their extended warranty in case there's any problems. I bought a washer/dryer from Lowe's and had problems with the order and the delivery and I'm not using Lowe's again.

Anyway, the sales lady said they primarily sell GE because they're easy to diagnose and easy to get parts. I really like the middle drawer for all our many drinks. I think its better to have the water dispenser via the included internal pitcher vs water/ice maker in the door. Ice makers seem a lot bigger on the models which have it inside the freezer drawer at the bottom.

We bought the 28.7cu-ft version a little over a year ago, and it's been really good, no issues so far (knock on wood). We came from a side by side refrigerator, but love the style of this one.

they also do repairs
they said even Chinese brands are better than the Korean ones

i know this from experience as I asked him after my third

We recently got this one. We had to replace our Samsung Bespoke fridge that we had less then 3 years. So far we enjoying the new fridge.
