I own these and they're pretty decent. Not crazy loud but good enough. However on 2 of the 4 I got the mesh fell off. Contacted Yamaha by email and they never even responded. I think I'm just going to glue the mesh back on.

Can you talk to one speaker and hear yourself out the other one? What's the "2-way" mean?

2 way refers to having 2 drivers. A woofer and a tweeter. A 3 way will also have a midrange.
