Xm4 the best bet? People seem to favor those over the newer models.

I have the xm4, my wife has xm5, and I recently upgraded to xm6. The xm6 are noticeably better in every way. I did not think xm5 was a huge upgrade from xm4 and was disappointed in noise canceling being potentially worse in some situations. You can see online many people reflect my sentiments and thus recommend the xm4s for their value. But if you can afford it, you will not regret the xm6. I have bought many pairs of headphones from secondipity and have never had an issue.

I would say the XM6s are a return to form now. Between the 4 and 5 maybe most would pick the 4

I own both the 4 and 5 I wouldn't completely disagree in regards to comfort. But noise cancellation is noticeably better on the 5 than the 4. For me the 4's go to the gym and the 5's are for dedicated listening at home. IMHO
