Poll rates on all wireless keyboard is below 1k. In other words it is not good for gaming.

I'm not worried about an additional 1 ms of latency. Even with latency being cumulative, that's miniscule compared to server tickrate, connection latency, etc. Even a 480 Hz monitor is going to be refreshing at half that polling rate.
