Maybe I'm missing something, but with the huge markups, aren't you basically breaking even AT BEST here? And -- for delivery -- that's before the delivery fee, the service fee, the doordash operations fee, the California Benefits fee, the fee fee, the fee fi fo fum fee, and the tip.

EDITED LATER TO ADD:
I was wrong. If you buy exactly $20 worth of TB food on DD, you'll come out $2.59 ahead if you do pickup.

There's no markup if you pick the food up. And the product price counts towards the $20, so you're spending roughly $14 to get $20 worth of food. Delivery is almost never a good deal, even with 50% off but it's a matter of convenience.

Sadly, that's not true. Example: Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken burrito:
- Taco Bell app: $6.19
- Doordash: $7.55

22% markup.

If we assume this is relatively constant across the menu, then paying $20 gets you $16.40 worth of TB stuff.

So looks like I was wrong. Assuming you go pick up your food, you're saving a whopping $2.59 if you buy exactly $20 worth of TB food on Doordash.
