Does it have much in the way of internal organization (spots for pens, pencils, key clip, internal pockets, etc)?

Just one large sleeve pocket against the back panel—no zipper or compartments, which limits organization.

This was listed a couple of weeks ago, and I grabbed it for $18 during the sale.

I'm not sure why they're making these slings with **thick back padding**, especially when the purpose is clearly for **light, quick-use carry**—not to replace a full-sized backpack where padding actually makes sense.

The **material is also unnecessarily thick**, making the bag bulkier than it needs to be. When empty, it folds to about the size of a stuffed fanny pack—**still bulky** compared to more thoughtfully designed slings.

I own an Eddie Bauer sling made from **ultra-thin parachute-like material**—still sturdy, featherlight, and much more **packable**. It fits nearly the same amount, yet folds into a small pouch you can stash easily inside another bag.

This one feels like it's designed more for **visual appeal or market variety** than actual **practical use**. The excessive padding serves no real purpose—you're not carrying bricks; a phone and wallet won't hurt your back. This just adds bulk and gets in the way of what should be a minimalist grab-and-go sling.

I have both this and the Eddie Bauer packable bag and I use them for different purposes. I use this to carry things that I'm bringing out like water, steam deck etc as opposed to the EB one that I pack for emergency purposes, take with me while traveling or when I'm grabbing some quick groceries.

i got this for our trip to Europe for 3 weeks since my existing fanny packs that I use as a sling bag were too small. Overall very spacious and I loved that it has a water bottle holder. Wish it had a internal zipper pocket inside the large compartment and some padding on the strap would be nice. Both would be minor additions though and if I really wanted to I could add my own velcro padding. Overall it's my go to sling bag when I need to carry more items then what my existing fanny packs can fit or when I want to also carry a bottled beverage.

Anyone's order actually shipped yet? My order says expected delivery date was yesterday but hasn't even shipped yet.
