OHHHHH that's actually a good question and I'm unsure. Online and via phone they wouldn't, but if in store you might be able to say it's no different than costco and it's free to log in so they may.

MANY had issues with micro scratches from poor packaging, but my unit didn't have any scratches at all. If you're buying in store then you may be able to either check it there or just return it if so.

I bought this monitor through Dell's sale deal earlier this year and it's my favorite 4K oled monitor that I own. I actually wish I only had this instead of MSI's that I also purchased. It seriously looks amazing imo. If you're considering it, my vote is to go for it.

Seems like what I remember reading was it would scratch from normal cleaning and to only clean with a brand new micro fiber cloth every time or scratches would happen. Any word on that?

I got mine Open box from microcenter with no box, and there are no scratches on my screen.

I love the monitor. needed to do a little calibrating (followed a reddit post) but it looks so good in HDR and SDR now.

Shows out of stock for me. Bought a samsung g80sd last night for 710 including taxes and wanted to cancel in favor of this. Do any of you know how they two compare? I am seeing a lot of mixed reviews.

I just clean it with a micro fiber cloth and distilled water and haven't had any issues.

I'll note that I use expensive cloths to be careful. These are them but maybe cut them smaller or reuse.
