10% isn't the greatest discount on DoorDash gift cards and there's currently a deal-of-the-day today (7/26) at Best Buy for the same rate (https://slickdeals.net/f/18484456-doordash-digital-egift-cards-10-off-bestbuy-100-90) with higher limits than just two $200 gift cards.
DoorDash's gift card shop does code as a restaurant, though, so paying with a credit card that earns well at restaurants can make this deal a little better.

Many Costco locations routinely offer up to two physical $100 cards for $80 each (in-store only).

Which location have you see them.? Haven't seen any DD and Instacart at north NJ Costco in last few months already

NEVER buy a stupid physical DD gift card from DD. You'd figure they would be the most reliable way of accumulating gift cards, right? NO. I had wasted over 4+ hours on phone calls with DD because their physical gift cards have too many issues redeeming it. For some reason they're using a third party service to handle physical gift cards and the third party will tell you to contact DD while DD will tell you to contact the third party. Annoying AF

This sounds exactly like what I've heard for Sephora physical GCs where they find out after buying that there is no balance available even on an unscratched GC.
