True just never had experience with insignia TVs, luckily I can fit a 75" on my tv stand.

I see the 6900 is edge lit and the 6950 is direct lit. Which one is generally better?

*Nowadays the direct-lit is actually FALD lighting that had been disabled to function as direct-lit.
