This looks like a good deal to me considering the 5070 Ti's alone are going for half the cost of this entire system combined, am I wrong?

5070 ti goes for $750
14700F is $300
You have to decide if the rest of the system and freebie games are worth $750.
If I wanted a pre built I'd just spend the extra on the dell 5080 that regularly goes on sale for $2k, $1900 or less with Amex offer + CB.
Ram and storage are cheap and can wait. You'll never regret buying a more powerful GPU though.

14700 around $300
5070 ti around $700
Memory around $60-$70
SSD around $100
+PSU $100-$150
motherboard around $100
Without any case, fans, and OS
$1400
You will have to do the whole installation by yourself. (aka labor)

So, if you want to save some money, please do. Correct me if I'm wrong.

My case is different since I have the NUC instead. I'm looking for a cheap GPU now
Edit: The price of the case is difficult to decide, ranging from $30 to $100. I would get the one with mesh panels. Fans are cheap nowadays, and water cooling is not something you can't afford. Don't think that the manufacturer only makes $500 for labor, customer services, and warranty, etc( they make more than $500)

Edit2: add motherboard and fix the total

Very old processor at this point. Several generations of intel processors have been released since then. Granted the new ones haven't been stellar, but this is an old cpu. Honestly there have been many 9800x3d prebuilt a woth 5070 or 9070 xt for near this price range. Much better systems
