Haven't really measured. Definitely warm but we do have decent trees above the garage.
I let it run for prob 30+ min and it was at 74 on a 98 degree evening. It's a single height two car garage with another half car side area. It was definitely working hard. I also MacGyver'd some cardboard to be the window gap seal; the foam wasn't tall enough (or wide enough but that's my fault with a 45" window). For The height some windows seemingly work fine, but there are quite a few reports including myself on their YouTube installation page about it leaving a half inch gap. Sounds like the new support is more user friendly but not quite as configurable as well, but I don't have the old model to compare.
They seem to fix the drainage issue being the ones that was manufactured in May is the last ones. I bought one recently and they said it's good. It was draining good after we installed
It was $289 in store, in fact. Great deal and been working great to cool my two car garage in Texas
Yeah, great deal. I have the 8k version of this in my shed in central North Carolina and it keeps it at 73 degrees in there even when its 98 degrees and humid as fark outside.

Same and loving it so far. And if something goes bad I can just return it to Costco. In fact that is what Midea customer service would say to do lol.
