It's a $65 fan. It will work fine for a few years and then start making noise and need replacement.
Bonus is that it isn't DC so you can potentially control the light and fan separately from the wall.
Negative for me is the lights point up through the fan which is irritating when both are on.
Replaced almost 20-year-old fans that came with the house that were making noise and wobbly. These are a vast improvement for me.
