They're not. I don't even like ordering inexpensive stuff like this with free 'contracted' delivery because having a delivery driver make an independent trip to my house for a tiny little screwdriver feels a little ridiculous, and somehow wrong. Hope the driver is getting paid more than $4.95 for the one delivery. Stuff like this seems like an 'oops' that HD will eventually realize and kill their free delivery program entirely - I hope I'm wrong about that though.

I got mine for pickup this time since I'd planned on heading there anyway.

Nope. iPhones use pentalobe screws to close up the case. Internal screws are usually philips (consult ifixit for details on your phone). If you're thinking about replacing the battery in an iPhone, the battery will probably come with the necessary screwdrivers. They'll be of poor quality but functional.

They should be able to do something like Amazon - have a dedicated date for delivery to which you could add items. HD are the best because they offer the free shipping. Once this goes away, they will get eaten alive by more agile stores like menards, Ace and more that will be popping up locally.
