I don't care for any gummy supplements but you can cut any of this stuff into quarters. that's how I take a low dose of aspirin, caffeine, and melatonin that are often too high for everyday use.

10mg is very high. I would suggest cutting these in quarters to start.

Reading the label, serving size is 2 gummies = 10mg. Therefore it is only a 70 count of 10mg dose.

Completely Agree! I took a 5 mg last night, had nightmares and woke up with a melatonin hangover as well..side effects are often worse than the benefit
