Less is more. I take 1mg or 2mg. Anything more actually causes more sleeplessnes for me

I don't care for any gummy supplements but you can cut any of this stuff into quarters. that's how I take a low dose of aspirin, caffeine, and melatonin that are often too high for everyday use.
