2000 mcg of methyl B12 = 83,333% DV. It looks crazy when you see it like that. 83,000+ times the amount recommended for daily consumption. 😂
This company actually has a 5,000 mcg version of methyl B12. Just a slightly higher 208,333% of the Daily Value 😲

Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic version ....hard to believe, but it is made with cyanide, hence "cyan." I didn't believe it when I heard it, but went to nhi website (either that or fda site) and it was true! Had the danger triangle ⚠️ next to it. Cheap and toxic version. Sports Research is overall a great company and careful what ingredients they put in their supplements. Best bang for your buck companies that doesn't skimp out on quality
Thorne (pricer side) and Garden of life (similar to sports research prices) are great too. Generally speaking, you could blindly buy from these companies and not worry about toxic ingredients. The reason is many times the body rejects or has trouble digesting synthetic ingredients. In other words, the supplements are useless and cause deficiencies. Some of these ingredients are "essential" for the body to function. Lots of medical issues are deficiencies issues but medical world will put you on a drug instead (which have side effects) as these deficiencies have similarities other diseases/issues. (excuse all typos)
Yes. I am deficient and have to take it sublingually because i don't absorb it through my stomach. I used to have to get weekly injections but my doctor as since moved me to 5000mcg dissolving pills that i put under my tongue.
