If you're not needing a specific, high-end HDMI cable and just need one in a pinch, go to your local thrift store (Goodwill, Salvation Army etc....) They always seem to have a pile of them for around a buck a piece.
Is there a reasonable reason for a faster cable or should this cover any 4K needs?
If your hardware supports HDMI 2.1 or below, then this is the fastest rated cable you can use (2.1 maxes out at 48Gb).
HDMI 2.1a and 2.1b also exist, but those are software revisions and shouldn't require a new cable (not that it stops companies from putting out "certified 2.1b" cables).
Don't upgrade unless you're missing features with your current cable.
