The 1TB model is definitely a solid choice. 512GB is better than the usual 256GB models that are often here but even that can be too little for many people. This machine will last a long.

I don't see the point of a 16gb pro model in 2025. I need to manage open programs to stay under 16gb when doing pro work and it's getting annoying.more annoying is SD new app hitting enter submits comment!If 16gb is enough for you, 15" MacBook Air is A LOT lighter, easier to move around with and cheaper.

it's become very difficult writing posts here on SD since they updated the app. The keyboards normal 'enter' button on Android devices triggers submit instead of new line which is very annoying and frustrates to even write anything on SD.

MBPs do not come with 256, only MBAs
