This was pretty well reviewed, even the Switch 1 port. I only picked it up on sale for my PC a few years back, but I plan to pick it up now to try on the Switch 2. Thanks!

It doesn't look like there is a Switch 2 upgrade out yet (or ever), but it appears to be the same here as many other Switch 1 ports, where the game runs as well as it possibly could. Gameplay looks pretty solid!

Even if there's not a specific Switch 2 port, does the NS2 run games at higher quality (whether FPS, resolution, etc)?

I have the same question... The way I see it, if it would run at the NS2 OS, they would have one disc instead of NS1 version and NS2 version... Zelda TOTK for example.. I could be wrong though

As I understand it, it's all dependent how the game was originally developed. Some games have uncapped frame rates and that's where you tend to see games that will hit 60FPS on Switch 2. The other improvements you tend to see are from games that implement dynamic resolution scaling—the Switch 2 tends to have enough power to hit the max resolution and stay there. Wolfenstein II, according to a couple of YT videos (not sure I can link, but they can be found fairly easily) is capped at 30FPS, but does hit the max resolution and stays there most if not all of the time.
