Very pleased with my Yolink sensors. I use the temperature sensors in my freezers and it's saved my butt a couple of times. The water link sensor is below my Dishwasher/Fridge/Water heater.

Unfortunately it is prime member price. I had been a prime member for many years but decided not to renew the beginning of this year and so far so good not using the 2 day shipping service.

An awesome price, considering that it includes the necessary hub, for those that don't already have one. I've been using the whole line of YoLink smart home sensors for years and haven't had a single regret. Compared to other brands I previously tried, the range and stability of this system is unmatched. These water sensors specifically have saved us more than once, especially by our sump pump, washer and even refrigerator. I've also found their customer support to be extremely responsive and helpful.

This seems to be the older model with no siren sound from sensor except email/text notification . The other with sound from sensor is listed at 59.99 with a 10% coupon on product page . I have the later and plan to add additional sensors to it . The sensor sound is really handy when not around with your phone or checking notifications constantly to track sound source and prevent leaks . Has already saved me once with a leaking faucet .

Yes these use LoRA for communication not zigbee/zwave/bluetooth.
