I've had mine for a few weeks now (got them from the Woot $100 deal). Honestly I'm super pleased with them having owned multiple BT earbuds/headsets before these for work. Quality is great and connection is similar to my Bose NC 700's in terms of range and stability. Only minor nitpick if I was forced to complain are the eartips aren't a perfect fit for my ears, but I already ordered a cheap replacement from Amazon that's recommended by the community

What are the ear tips? Mine never get a good fit.

I've had them since pre order, haven't experienced that. Used with non Samsung phone. They work normally with my Galaxy, but it's not my main phone
