usually easy to tell if a knife is quality if it calls out the type of steel it uses. "stainless steel" doesn't carry a $200 price tag.

It has an image saying it's non-stick, and the description "premium Teflon coating" so I assume it's also so food doesn't stick to the knife as easily.
