The actual seller is
mycodes24.com
Plenty of grey market key sellers out there, don't let the Groupon middleman make you think this is more legit.

If it's grey plus grey does this make it more black? Or just another shade of grey

This is the equivalent of using a pirated key. You're paying money for something you can achieve for free with minimal effort.

This is a jip, I tried it once before and was completely duped. I received no emails and my groupon said it was used so I received no code. I might as well have just bought some candy at least it would have made me happy.

I own about 30 grey market windows keys and they all have worked and none have ever been revoked or caused a single issue. They have all connected to Microsoft for validation and worked great so not sure how much more legit they could be!

They have all connected to Microsoft for validation and worked great so not sure how much more legit they could be! These are not "pirated" What they do is a vendor buys a 10k pack of keys for oem pc, laptops , tablets, whatever. Those pc, laptops or whatever are either never made, are never sold, are ewaste whatever and the vendors sell the keys that were intended for those computers. The PC I am typing this on has a key from one of these places on it and I built it 5+ years ago! Microsoft hasn't flagged it as being bad and as a matter of fact Microsoft gave me the Windows 11 update for free for this PC so it appears as legit as it can be!
