I've had this kitchen table for 3 years and would recommend it for a single person or a couple but for 4 people it would be a really tight fit. If you're looking for a large Dining Room table this is not it, check the measurements. It's small but functional as a kitchen/Laptop table. Laminate finish so it takes a lot of abuse and holds up well. I only use one of the benches and the other one is used in a different area as extra seating. I think I paid $129 and that was a steal at the time. I would definitely buy this set again if ever needed but be sure to check the measurements and height before purchase. I'm 5'3" and the height is perfect for me but for a tall person I'm pretty sure it would be like sitting at a kids table.

Just wanted to second this. We've got a pretty small space, and it works great for my wife and me to sit across from each other for coffee or a meal. It definitely wouldn't work for a bigger group. It's gotten a bit scratched up already, but for the price, I'm honestly pretty happy with it. Does the job just fine.
