I usually by freshly roasted beens from local coffee shops, but at this price is too good to pass up.
If you are using that $20 mr. coffee grinder, there's no setting there, just a push down to turn on/off. Drip coffee grind is somewhat coarse if comparing it with espresso grind.Have a look at some you tube videos where you'll be able to see the grind size.
some tips about coffee beans:
1) don't buy pre-ground coffee - buy coffee beans and grind yourself.
2) don't buy grocery store coffee beans - if possible, buy from a local bean roaster
3) some chain stores (example: Target) carry coffee beans that show "roasted on" date. Get something that was roasted within a month. Anything older than 2 months - try to avoid
4) Buy a burr grinder to grind your own beans. Grind them right before making your coffee.
5) Keep coffee beans in an air tight container. Air is not a friend of coffee beans.

I got the super prema last time from Lazzar online and I thought it was more bitter.. going back to this flavor.
