The reason this and some other Lavazza coffee go on sale all the time is that this is the most disgusting whole bean coffee I've ever tried in my life.
It is only called Lavazza, but this coffee has nothing to do with Italian Lavazza coffee. It is roasted and packaged in Pennsylvania.

This is the worst Lavazza variety out of everything they make. It always on sale for a reason.

The coffee snobs say coffee should be used within three weeks of being roasted. I wonder how fresh this by the time it arrives.

Lavazza is our go-to. I remember seeing these being used in starbucks and my homemade coffee maker makes starbucks a thing of the past thanks to these beans! I buy these every time they go on sale. Also can find these any day for 18.99 at business costco.
Costco business may sell freshly brewed, like 1-2 days too one of my friend got lucky. Amazon may sell 6 months ~ old.

Other Lavazza I ordered through Amazon was 6-8 months old. Fresh will be better luck directly from Lavazza or Costco business center.

Super crema is smoother / less robust flavor. To me I guess good for straight up shots or less flavor lol.

This one bit more robust / stronger flavor. Good for mixing.

Just my opinion.
